Tuition
is paid through SMART Tuition Management by ten monthly direct
withdrawals from your bank or via coupon book payments spread
out over 10 months, August to May. The office must be notified
by June 20 if you plan to prepay your tuition. Full tuition
must by paid by the 1st day of school, August 18, to receive
a 3% tuition discount.
NOTE:
A $35 late fee will be applied if your monthly payment is
not made on time.
Registration Fees:
Kindergarten thru 8 - $375; Grades 9-12 - $450 less $100 discount
if paid by April 1 or less $50 discount if paid by June 30.
Application fee for New Students: $35
Testing fee for New Students: K – 1st
- $75; 2nd – 12th - $40
After School Care: $5.50 for the first hour;
$3.50 for each 1 hour/part of thereafter - billed on your
school statement.
Athletics Fees:
*Basketball Team - $100
*Baseball Team: $100
*Girls Volleyball Team: $100

Music Fees:
Band, Bells, Chimes, Choir - $35/semester
Drama: $100/year

K - Pre-1st Supplies: $20.00
Milk Fee: - $45
Book Fees: Books are to be purchased at an
additional fee for students in grades 9 thru 12 through the
campus store.
† Full constituent members are practicing members of
the Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church at the time
of registration.
‡ Non constituent members are practicing Seventh-day
Adventist’s at the time of registration.
* These fees are to be collected by teachers.
Note: There will be a 5 percent (5%) tuition
discount when two (2) students from the same family enroll
and a (10%) tuition discount when three (3) or more students
from the same family enroll.
A three percent (3%) discount is given for your portion of
a full year's tuition paid no later than the first day of
school, August 18.
All Adventist conference and church subsidized families are
responsible for their full tuition. Subsidy will only be credited
to your account when the credit is received.
